First strike - ordered online, picked up food, entire order was incorrect. The order was correct on the receipt stapled to the bag, however the contents were different. Second strike, ordered 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 soup, enjoying my soup until I discovered a long piece of plastic in it. Absolutely disgusting, no quality control, and not the level of service expected from Panera Bread. While I never again!October 13, 2016
