A family run restautant with the best Chinese food anywhere AND always providing exceptional service. I've been a regular guest there 20+ years and have never been disappointed. The shredded pork with garlic sauce and General Tso chicken are the best I've ever tasted, and the fried pork dumplings with chili paste, ginger sauce, and white wine vinegar is unequaled. I highly recommend thistle restaurant as the best in the tri-state area.
